Item was listed as very good condition. When I received the item it had very worn areas particularly on the sleeves which were not described or shown on the photographs.
I very politely tried to resolve the matter with the seller however, from the off set the aggressive tone was totally uncalled for and a £3 reduction offer to not leave a bad review says it all!
Double check condition of items before buying!

The item was indeed in very good condition. Multiple, close up photographs of it were posted with the original listing. It was listed as a "used" garment (rather than a "never worn" garment). The allegation that it had "very worn areas" is false. I offered the buyer a good will discount of £3. She rejected this, made no counter-proposal and rushed off to Ebay to complain. I pride myself on my excellent feedback to date.
