The firelighters were insufficiently well packaged for going through the post so were well smashed up. I asked for a refund but it took me nearly three weeks to get it as the address for returns on eBay was incorrect and the parcel was then returned to me as it said the address was unknown. Many emails and photographs went back and forth in trying to sort this mess. The seller promised to pay me the return postage but is yet to do so, despite me opening a complaint with eBay.
