Communication from Via Moto was excellent , delivery using Parcel Force 48hr was very slow taking 6 days although I do live in N.Ireland but it should have arrived quicker, packaging around the pannier rails was just clear plastic bags with one sticking out of the box undamaged thank goodness bit of bubble wrap would have helped, can’t complain too much Via Moto done these for good price, many thanks
