Tracking information provided by ebay did not function; seller eventually provided proper tracking information so that I could see where item had got stuck. Seller also offered a refund for handles, even though I had bought a saddle, but while a little confusing, must commend seller on quick response and for trying to sort the problem.

Are you unable to retrieve the trakking information ? You will see that the item was dispatched on the day of purchase and DHL has sent the item to your home country. Why does DHL take longer than usual ? That is not in our control.
