First one good, second order terrible, didn’t work, parts missing, looks like a return not a new one. All they want to do is argue about it rather than send a new one. A week in contact with them and they want me to send video of it not working and not charging.
Terrible after sales service. I just want it replaced with what I ordered. Came missing a chain, bar, battery at a 25p reduction in price as if I’d say no to that and save 25p, they treat you like your a fool . EBay complaint now.
