This seller ignored my question initially regarding the date of this product but I ordered it anyway as I desperately needed it. It was not dated and was damaged and not fit for consumption when received. I received a refund only because eBay got involved. I would not purchase again.

Buyer didn't read description then damaged this consumable item and asked for refund. As a goodwill zest i accepted her return and refunded her. Then she left me fasle negative feedback, and only left a neutral FB after ebay got inbolved.

The seller did not put enough postage on the package and I had to pay extra before the Post Office would give me the parcel. When I contacted the seller to tell them, they refused to refund the extra postage. At the end the day, on eBay's intervention, they refunded the whole amount for the Milo. Silly really, all they had to do was send me £1.50 for the postage. Their behaviour cost them more money than necessary. Thank you eBay 😊

This item was sent through post office, where they failed to postage pay it accordingly. Asked buyer to tell the post office it shouldn't be insufficiently paid as post office has weighed and priced it accordingly, she insisted its not her problem and that i had to pay her to get it released. Thanks to ebay as ever they shwn how clever they are.
