Mug arrived broken. Seller suggested that I glue it. Then they stated it was detachable (total rubbish). Then the seller stated to make disrespectful comments bordering on abusive, further suggesting that I had broken the mug (this would be a ridiculous situation having purchased an item that I wanted and break it to get a refund - what???). The seller finally called me “a chancer” which seems to be their favourite name for people who complain. Clearly complaints are not accepted.

Rubbish defective item. Refused to refund but luckily eBay stepped in. This seller isn't worth buying from...avoid

Buyer felt this £1.45 whistle would whistle without blowing through it. It is therefore "Rubbish" and "Defective" due to having to purse your lips and blow through it. Dear oh dear
