Well Constructed
I was expecting some of the wood panels to have gaps in them as described by some of the other reviews, but with the houses I received, they were both well constructed with no cracks or separations. I haven't mounted them yet as I'm disabled and will have to get a friend to do it for me. I shared the photo here on ebay on my face book and have gotten some good replies from friends who have these same houses. Good for the price
Over all a good product. I would have liked both interior walls (front and back) to have groves so more bats can fit in. Also one wall was like coming apart and the roof had some decent sized gaps in it. Both were easy fixes. Hammered the board back together and put a few nails in it and it was fixed. As for the roof situation not sure if that is normal for a bat box for ventilation or something but I was able with a few coats of paint fill in the cracks that surely would have leaked water into the box. Over all I am satisfied and would recommend. I will try and do a update review on if/ when the bats come. Over all a good product. Great Bat Houses!
These are great bat houses that are well constructed. There is a tab on the back of the bat house for mounting. You could probably paint these houses or just leave unpainted. A good price and order arrived in just 3 days.

Nice cedar wood and well cut. It is stapled together and one of the boards on the lid/roof came loose pretty easily. But I just pounded in a small nail (to all four of the roof boards) and it was okay. Overall a nice bat house.
