The item arrived fairly quickly at a good price, unfortunately it was not in as new condition as described, Here is the response when I raised a concern "your comments are completely out of order so it seems if you have maliciously damaged it i dont have to sell stuff for a few pounds and try and scam someone its disgusting youve tried to" It went on from there with this "You are clearly a liar and trying a scam so I have no time for you and your fabrication" BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM....

If anyone reads my feedback on other items they will see there is no problem with my items and refunding or accepting returns from GENUINE people. I take pictures of all items before they are packaged and the packaging to ensure that there is no issues and if something does happen in transit it can be cleared up quickly and refunds made.

Sadly my lamp was damaged on arrival but the seller could not have been more careful,plenty of protecting bubble wrap and also extra in the box along with polystyrene chippings.The box had obviously been manhandled by the delivery company and sellers should not loose out because of thier carelessness. My seller could not have done more!!!.Excellent service.Thankyou.
