Barrier arrived with a missing pole. Sellers solution was for me to order and pay for a replacement, that they would then refund me for. Obviously not acceptable, so I asked for a refund. They then decided to insist they buy it themselves and get it posted to me (as I’d initially requested but they’d refused) by this point I’d ordered elsewhere. They got ebay involved who ruled in my favour & I got a full refund. Enough said. Item was posted quickly though. Just unnecessary hassle.
