I have informed the seller that he sent me the wrong stamp due to misidentification from his catalogue. I do not want the stamp he sent me which is worth much much less than the one I thought I was buying. The seller is at present denying he has made any mistake, so we are in dispute. I have paid £50 for a stamp cataloguing at just £14 (used), whereas the stamp I thought I was buying is valued in the catalogue at £250. It looks like I will now have to invoke your complaints process.
