Not that easy to set up. The customisation features (eg My Coffee)don't appear to work very well - I can't set them up. Otherwise, works well, and once a decent coffee bean has been located, produces good coffee.

After a much loved DeLonghi machine finally gave up after years of daily use, I was looking to upgrade to one that included frothing of the milk. I was shocked to see how much they cost and was hesitant to invest without ever having tried that style of machine. This seemed like a great option and I haven't been disappointed. It took a few mins to get the hang of the instructions but once you do, it couldn't be easier to use. I like that it's so easy to adjust the coffee strength, the milk frothiness etc. Emptying the coffee grounds is simple and it seems easy to clean. It's also compact so takes up less room than our previous model.

This is a replacement for my Delonghi magnifica 4200S which I absolutely loved. The Ecam23-460 is an upgrade. It's so easy to use just a push button for a perfect capuccino. It was a refurbished machine, but it was in new condition, only the instructions and descaler was missing and I got a £600+ bean to cup machine in the sale for a measly £232, wow a proper bargain for as many perfect coffy's as you want.
