All watches, like anything else, are subject to your own likes and dislikes. And dis I like! A fantastic, fully featured G Shock, with all the usual elements such as stopwatch, timer etc. with the added benefit of solar charging and atomic timekeeping. It's also, in my humble opinion, a particularly nice looking G Shock, with the grey, red and white accents giving life to the black of the case and strap. Recommended.

After short time usage in office environment , the screen has gone blurry. As a result it is difficult to see the numbers & the display.

As an avid watch collector (Swiss or Japanese origin), I have been through a lot of watches. I bought my first Casio aged 11. I've been through a lot of the "revered" models of the modern Pro Trek & G Shock line-up. What I disliked about the Pro-Treks pushed me towards the G-Shocks. Now, you can spend £300 plus on a G Shock with all the bells & whistles as I did, and then wear the watch a handful of times, as I did....and sell at a great loss....as I did. Or you can spend £80ish on a decent one with good functions that you actually use. This is one of those. I use the majority of the features regularly. The buttons are all large so are easy to operate quickly, unlike the classic G-Shocks & non G, which have the tiny recessed metal buttons. The monochrome colour scheme & styling is sober but discreet, yet purposeful. It doesn't look like a teenage skateboarders watch. The standard grey positive LCD display is very easy to read even in low light conditions...of course, there is a backlight for that. It's chunky, but nowhere near as gargantuan as Twin/Triple Sensor offerings. Wears comfortably on the wrist: no oversized button/crown guards to dig in. As I found out, these are selling out fast. Such is the popularity. Get one while you can! Read full review

Got this model for christmas many years ago, I broke it and so needed another one. Since they're not made anymore I was lucky to get one. May buy another one and put it away This model has both solar power and synced with an atomic clock, depending on where in the world you are. Multiple time zones are available.

Great watch. Solar, radio controlled always spot on time. Light, robust, easy to read. I’d buy it again.

Had a G Shock watch as a teenager, now I've bought this 1 for my teenage son and he loves it. You definitely get what you pay for with this, a watch that could last a lifetime.

Very nice watch and purchased for a good price

It is a durable and powerful watch and more than that it is practical and does not need to replace the battery because it is solar powered and gives you the tide and height and the size of the moon and the age of the moon and the radio control as it controls itself through the radio so it is a time-controlling hour.
