My Fave Phone For a Smartphone-Hater
Fairly compact (for a bloke coming from a NOKIA 515) and reasonably bombproof from a drop and water ingress POV, this KaiOS software-driven handset with tactile keys from CAT has put a smile on my face. I hate smart phones... the beeping, flashing, notifying and constant hassle of owning the damn things that I witness with people while I just tap what I need on this and go, makes me shake my head.... plus they've spent a fortune and I haven't. It features WhatsApp and selected other bits you'll need from the Kai store. It does Google maps, has apps for things like youtube, but also has a browser if you're in a pinch. The camera is poor but that's the case for most feature phones, but you buy this to call and text and it does this perfectly. CAT continue to make feature and ruggedized ...
