    Package's return because of DOA (Dead on Arrival) must shipped back as the condition we had sent and item(s) must shipped back with delivery postmarked within 30 days of your purchase. No refund or exchange will be issued after this expiration date. For DOA item, an exchange will be issue for same item. Refund only will be given when exchange is not-applicable.
    Items Damaged in Transit:
    If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers).If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly or reuse delivery. Items should be returned in their original packing complete with all accessories and documentation.
