The other parcel did arrive quickly and contained 3 very healthy grasses and well packed for transit. Tracking indicated 2 parcels were received by the courier, but only 1 parcel was delivered and the missing parcel was noted as a Delivery Failure. I waited over 2 weeks, but the missing parcel never arrived. The seller was kept informed and promptly refunded me for the missing 2 plants.

I emailed the seller before purchasing because I needed it within a week and wanted to clarify whether this was possible. They told me they would send immediately after Bank Holiday. I received dispatch notice on Tuesday 26th and it arrived on 27th.. Very well packed. The leaves are so glossy and several buds already appearing.. This is just what I wanted for my friends Silver Wedding Anniversary present. I love it so much I think I will be ordering one for me..

Had ordered 6 plants from 4 supplier's at the same time and this was last to arrive so emailed to request an update as I was due to go away. Didn't get a direct response but was notified carrier was collecting the next day and was delivered well packed and in good condition. Can recommend.
