    I am not sure how USPS/UPS Sure Post is Seller's Fault. This item shipped right away and I did update you when you alerted me tracking was not updating, I sent screen shots of the tracking from the USPS Site and followed up the next day to keep you updated after providing the additional USPS tracking number.
