They were fine for outward flight with Ryan Air. I don’t know why they can’t all have same rules! Although I didn’t get a chance to use it The case seemed really good quality, strong and sturdy and wheels easy to remove when needed.

The wheels are easily detachable by clicking a side button, and not included in measurement (i suppose you can whip them off and slip into your pocket when boarding ! 😉). Fingers crossed i dodge the excessive luggage fees but my husband will carry a case and we will ditch this if any trouble.
