    BT2200 twin set

    The phone parts were individually wrapped. I like the black and silver colour, very stylish looking. Very easy to set up and once you installed your names and phone numbers in the phonebook,it’s automatically linked to its twin. My only negative was it would have been even better if the melodies sounds were bit clearer and more different sound choices but overall they weren’t too bad and the volume is loud enough . I like that it has the VIP for the family and friends you want to look up quickly in the phonebook and speed dial is good. Overall I like the phones and no regrets so far!

    Could drive you to distraction

    Initially looks good but after you’ve charged up the batteries for sixteen hours to get going the lengthy blue lit line on the base, which is all but invisible in BT’s photos, becomes distractingly bright. Then, when actually on a call, said bright blue light flashes constantly on and off. Even during the day it was irritating but in the evening with ambient lighting it was unbearable. There were only two ringtones I could bear but the base had different ringtones to the handset so had to turn the base off. A truly bizarre set up. The actual sound quality had less clarity and loudness than my old BT phone and the boost feature for the ring tone had to be used for my normal hearing. Returned for a refund. Best avoided unless you love bright flashing lights and don’t mind switching off the ...

    Easy to use, good quality phone

    It works very well and does all it's meant to do, though I don't bother with the many functions. Being an elderly person, I've found it easy to use, with good sound and volume control as well as the hands-off feature which is so helpful. A good buy, would recommend.

    Excellent value.

    I got this for my disabled sister who spends a lot of time in bed &so one handset can sit beside her bed while the other sits in her Living room thus making it accessible to use while she sits in wheelchair. The handsets are easily held &replaced unto the base for recharging.It was easy to setup following the instructions enclosed with package. Thank you.
