The packaging was poor, with no padding but just the cardboard box, so I was not surprised it was broken. I contacted the seller, they offered me $3 refund (price $30), I wanted to return it at my cost but they would not allow this. They then offered $6 and finally a $10 refund. They failed to provide an address for return. The conversation is attached in photos. The item was dispatched quickly by the seller, but Evri have taken 8 days from taking receipt of the item to deliver it to me which is too slow, this is not the fault of the seller, but seems consistent with Evri lately with other deliveries I've had.
