It was set up for the USA, but I was able to change the region to Europe without any problem, with a notification it could be changed again up to five times. I’ve used it to copy photos from a DVD to Apple iMac, having first tested it worked OK with a movie DVD. Delivery was excellent, with tracking, all included in the price. I would use this company again.

    Easy solution to reliably extend your wifi range.

    The AC2600 was easy to set up and eliminated dead zones 50 feet from the router, it did not always seamlessly continue the connection when walking between rooms on a portable device, the device required a restart for a clear connection. However, not for the first time, eBay sent a false offer for a significant bonus Nectar points offer, which did not function, this happened before a few months ago when I purchased a £200 mobile phone, that time it took weeks of wrangling to actually get the points. The annoying fact is that I could have got it at a better price if I had not waited for the one-hour offer window to open.

    Poor Quality, Not Worth the Money

    Title: Poor Quality, Not Worth the Money I was really disappointed with the TP-Link AC2600 RE650 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender. The performance is subpar at best, and it didn't live up to my expectations. Setup was a hassle, and despite placing it in an ideal location, it barely improved the signal strength in my home. The connection constantly drops, and speeds are slower than what I get from my original router. For the price, I expected much better quality and reliability. It’s not worth the money at all. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for a stable and reliable WiFi extender

    At last my WiFi problems are over!

    I have tried 3 extenders in low to middle price bracket. They all struggled to extend the network and still left me with areas of the home with no connection. All the walls in the property are thick making it more difficult to get stable connections. The unit is quite large, but well made and sturdy. It fit in to a double socket, without blocking the other as others have mentioned. Set-up was easy using WPS and the tether app that is available on Android and iOS. I really wish I hadn't wasted time and money on the other extenders and just brought this!!! I now have WiFi across the property including to the end of my garden. All devices connected with full signal and much quicker download speeds. This extender has saved me from the constant complaints of no WiFi from the family. ...

    Great extender easy to set up

    Simple to set up: plugged it in the middle of the house, close enough to the WiFi router to pick up the signal and boost it. Pressed the WPS button on the router then pressed the WPS button on this extender. Done! Now have strong WiFi throughout the house and in the garden. One comment: The WiFi router we have is quite old and only has 2.4GHz. The extender boosted the signal without any issues but it also created a 5GHz WiFi network which at first confused me… still good to know that the extender is dual band and will work at 5GHz as and when we replace the current ageing router for a more modern one.

    great range extender

    Has a great range and is easy to set up. Favourite small feature is that you can put the led lights on a timer so they're not on all night. Broadcasts on both 5ghz and 2.4ghz and if one frequency stupid from the source the extender still broadcasts in both. It's large but it doesn't obstruct an English standard double socket when plugged in unless the other plug is oversized as well.
