Item arrived well packaged and as listed. Won’t have a chance to try it as bought ahead of time of my new PS5 PRO but I’m sure the dock will be great.

Great ... once you get used to it

Basically it's very comfortable to use but after years using ordinary mice it takes some getting used to, and not just because your hand stays still rather than moving as normal.. Firstly, the trackball movement is VERY light, it takes some practice to get used to the tiny thumb movements that move the pointer, but once you are used to it you can get both fast large movements and delicate ones. The slightly bigger issue is the placement of the two page forward and back buttons (the functional ones, not the usual right and left click) and the scroll wheel. On a normal mouse the two buttons tend to be on the side and worked with your thumb, fine, it's often all your thumb has to do after all, but with your thumb working the trackball those buttons have to be worked with your index ...

  • Perfect control

The only problem with this piece of tech is the high cost, I have used the wireless and wired version of the trackball for several years and cannot fault it. For graphics work it is possible to work faster than the computer will allow, much quicker than a standard mouse once you have practiced using the ball to move the screen curser. The design fits comfortably into the palm of your hand, the buttons are easy to use, so if you can afford to purchase this mouse you will never want anything else. The design creates minimum to zero strain on your wrist and you don't need a whole desk area to move it about like a standard mouse, in fact I often balance it on the chair arm with laptop on my lap. You can adjust the speed of the curser and customise the buttons too, it is the perfect tool for ...

  • Great once you get used to it.

I've been used to the corded trackball you operate with your fingers. This one, you operate with your thumb. I bought it for the cordless aspect (fed up with tripping over the wires) and found the change a bit hard to get used to at first. It's settling in now, and it works really well, especially for click-and-drag operations, which were hard on the previous one. It has a dedicated scroll wheel, too.

  • A nice alternative to a traditional mouse for anyone with arthritis.

Many years ago I had used a trackball instead of a mouse to save desk space. I found myself in need of a trackball again due to arthritis. I favour Logitech devices, and this looked like a good fit. It was as described. An excellent fit, as new and great value. The service was very good and fast. The only issue I had was that it needed a clean. Trackballs pick up fluff and greese from your hand and over time this can interfere with operation. Just pop out the ball and run round the inside with a small brush. This should be done at least once a year.

  • Easy to use for painful hands

I've been searching for one of these and finding them just so very expensive on other sites. It's nice to be able to afford one. I have arthritis and a tremor which makes using an optical mouse very painful. This is much easier. The ball still darts everywhere because of my thumb, but it is so much better.
