However the Fitbit arrived almost as new albeit without original box or instructions etc. It did have an extra slightly longer strap as i assume the original did, it also had a charger. The second hand feel was only due to very minor scuff on the glass... invisible when the display is on. All works perfectly. Extremely satisfied with the product. Thanks
