It is usually the flexible silicone insert that remains in the TomTom after a breakdown in the plasticiser. This replacement item comes complete with the silicone insert on the mount and easily fits back into a TomTom, obviously after removing the old silicone insert from the TomTom. Other than that, brilliant service, packaging and speed of posting.

I also have a Tom Tom Start EX100-- this part will also fit this model -needs a small screwdriver and a 90 degree connector / lead required
