    I purchased herbal tea as I have an caffeine allergy. The main ingredient in one of the teas I received was black tea. I tried contacting the seller twice and gave them 6 days to reply to my issue. I am still waiting for a response from them. The other tea I purchased is fantastic however I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service it puts you off purchasing from them again.
