    Negative experience with this seller. Item not as described. Ordered a felt pennant and holes in the pennant were not disclosed. There were holes in the face on the pennant (as well as other areas). Seller did not apologize or offer a price reduction, but did give me opportunity to return. Seller did not answer as to whether shipping would be covered. Would not recommend.

    This item was clearly described with detailed pictures. There were absolutely NO holes in this item. As a 60+ year old item the fabric may have been thin, but there were no holes. The description was clear that buyers should look carefully at the pictures for the best description. Buyer purchased at a steep discount to start with. Buyer was told repeatedly to return for full refund if unsatisfied. It was clear the buyer only wanted a further discount. Will not sell to this buyer again Blocked
