    Ho-hum

    The book arrived as expected, but there is clearly an issue with the word "advanced" being used to describe the arrangements. I don't see anything "advanced" about them. "Moderate" might be more accurate. If I could have seen a few pages of the book before buying it, I would not have bought it.
