Will do 70s 18mm and NATO on both the side to side and front to back swing. I wouldn't advise using that as a smart phone stand, as on YouTube. Chinese instructions easy to Google translate too. Very good price from the seller. Only issue was they asked for offers but none I sent where expected. But still a good £2 cheaper than elsewhere for this cable version.
