    I didn't think I was going to get a refund at first. Bose player arrived broken not even reading the CD's. When I contacted supplier to let him know broken the supplier offered me just £20 I had paid over £60 was upset and angry. I had to insist on posting it back. A day or 2 before I bought it I had already bought another bose player and that was working OK. Anyway I did receive a refund eventually.
