I purchased 2 - 2 pks of Members' Mark Soft Sea Salt Caramels, 31 oz. The top half of the caramels in the jar were in good shape, the ones on the bottom of the jar were mashed. They were wrapped well. I don't know why this happened, unless the weather/storage was hot and they were dropped as one corner was dented in. .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
