Happy With Purchase
I bought this iron to use when crafting. It is small, lightweight and has a burst of steam. I use it with a sleeve board ironing table, however I am sure it would work well countertop with towel padding. It is perfect for craft purposes or doll clothes. This iron does not get heavy use so I can't rate for that purpose and I don't think this type of iron was intended for heavy use. For my purpose I am very pleased with this iron. A Great Inexpensive Iron
If this iron lasts, it's a wonderful travel iron that I use for sewing classes. Everyone who used it at my last class could not believe how well it worked. It heated quickly, it gives a lot of steam and is very, very lightweight. It's changed my mind about Sunbeam products. The iron is very good. This product actually has all the more satisfying features as compared with the classic, big ones, for the following reasons: 1- Reaching parts of the laundry particles that normal irons actually cannot; e.g., spaces between shirts' buttons, cornered portions near collars, etc.. 2- simplifying and speeding up the whole process and making it more flexible and smooth i.e., the iron can, most of time, still be grabbed in hand whilst turning the object sides/upside down, without the need for placing it on a metal base every now and again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect hobby iron
This iron is so amazing for its size. Great steaming and heats up fast. The water tank takes plenty of water and does a good job about no wasting it while it sits. Good things: Iron is powerful steamer and heats fast. Makes ironing craft/ quilting pieces a dream to iron into place. It is amazing the heat it packs too. down side: Iron does not shut off after sitting for to long. It also can get hot on fingers holding onto iron handle while steaming items. My mom liked it so much that she bought one for herself to take with her to the different camps she goes to. She works in oil field and travels a lot. This offers her the best quality of ironing power at a great size.
