    I ordered these for delivery to my kitchen manufacturer (a small business). Unknown to me, the wrong item was supplied (x2) and I was only notified of this after the return window closed. I hoped as this was a supplier error they would at least respond to my messages explaining or my return request, but no. The return was declined, and my messages were ignored. So I have lost £300.

    these were sent correct ,a return was opened 5 weeks after delivery and we followed ebay policy and done nothing wrong ,we were sent pictures and boxes were opened we would of been responsible for return postage and had goods been damages or unsaleable as condition unknown would have not been able to resell .As a sole trader I cannot take this risk .
