    HP want your Ink business as well

    This came without ink and for initial set up you need to enrol in HP Instant ink. It took a week to get it and you need also to be on web. A complete pain and certainly not within the remit of the amateur or elderly. You can eventually opt out of HP Instant ink and then get cheaper compatible ink. HP Instant ink sounds like a good deal but I question whether 10 pages per month @ £1.99 and 20 pages per month @ £3.49 is value for money. I had to get a professional in to set it up for me at extra cost. There are other choices of printer obviously like Canon and on reflection I wish I had gone for one of those. Sorry HP but it was extremely difficult.

    Well it’s not working so far ? Apparently I need some drivers and to get them I need to subscribe to hp services !!!

    You get what you pay for but for the price if you’re just using it to print or photocopy documents it’s fabulous. Download HP Smart App & follow the instructions it’s easy to set up & it’s very quiet

    Set up unnecessarily complicated....infuriating.

    Setting up took many hours. Unnecessarily complicated. Pin number was hidden in back of ink cartridge compartment....why? My previous HP printer was simple to set up.
