Excellent communication with top tier customer service. I was given an option of hardback or softback books to purchase and told exactly how long each one would take. Upon making my selection I was informed about what that particular type would entail, quality condition, and it was shipped almost right away. The package arrived in good shape, all of the books had all of their pages, exactly as promised. I am very thankful for a wonderful customer experience with this seller. 10/10.

The book would have been as advertised, "Like New Condition ", however it was shipped in a plastic bag with no cardboard protection, rending it vulnerable. Three corners got damaged during shipment. One front corner is torn into the cardboard. The pages however are in new condition. Otherwise I felt the book was a good value for what it was prior to shipment.

This series of 8 books dating from 2005 was described as being in used condition. Actually they were in great condition. They were a mix of hard cover and similar sized paper back. They were priced fairly and delivered, bubble-wrapped, in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to deal with this seller again.
