    Paid £104 for some sandals, they came with significant cracks around the insole and straps which were not showed in photos. I contacted and was offered 10% off another item in the shop. I replied saying I’m not satisfied as I don’t to buy something else from her shop. Unfortunately I stopped getting any response at all after that so I’ve resorted to leaving a negative review. I feel for the price I’m paying I should be more pleased with the item than this.
