    The seller provided a tracking number, but hasn't bothered to mail the item which was purchased and paid for 16 days ago. This very incompetent seller has not taken the trouble to correspond with a reason for the delay. I have full faith that ebay, through PayPal, will refund my purchase price, but I should warn my fellow buyers to shop elsewhere! I missed two other offers waiting for this clown!
