It arrived as described, in need of minor repairs, with good shipping/packaging. (A handwritten note on the receipt was a nice personal touch.) The repairs were easy to fix at home through hand sewing and the right color thread. I look forward to wearing this warm and toasty jacket when the weather cools. Good vendor!
