    The seller advertised the bike as "like new," but it arrived with 1 punctured tyre & a rear tyre so worn it would needed replacing, and scratched cranks, not what I would class as "like new" I expected some issues but this was very poor. In addition, poor packaging left the wheels loose and the cassette unprotected, causing frame damage. The seller refused to accept responsibility or give fair compensation, so I was quickly refunded by eBay. I would not recommend buying a bike from this seller.
