FedEx passed the package to USPS and USPS service here is beyond horrible. I had to fight with USPS to get this package, and almost had to file a police report for a stolen item before they finally decided to fix their mistake. One of my shafts won't fall to the bottom of the case, but it goes in far enough that the top can be closed. This package took two weeks to be delivered. FedEx was using their SmartPost service to hand it off to USPS for delivery. FedEx tracking shows a "delivery exception" getting it to USPS, so I think the delay was caused by FedEx. This item had free shipping, and I got my money's worth!
