    Customer service was very poor. I chose this unit because the sides of the unit are the same colour as the doors in the picture in the listing [it's for an office]. The sides are actually white which doesn't look good in an office. The seller refused to send me a tracked return label. They sent a Royal Mail label which only allows weight up to 2kg. The unit is 20.4kg. I can't lift it myself. They were pretty rude in their communication with me.
