I spent countless hours trying to straighten out the mess, trying to get you to understand your mistake, and yet you refunded me ONLY $36.27 for the returned, unopened duplicate package, instead of $49.65. Your customer service SUCKS; it's impossible to get a human being, and you rely on artificial intelligence to communicate.
