- g***o (638)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseReceived today thank you A plastic bag is not a suitable container for sending books by post or courier, there is no protection for the book. The bag had been breached during delivery. Luckily for us all, the 'damage' to the book was minimal and certainly not enough to mean the returning of the book. Had the courier decided to drop the package over my 6' high gates, rather than ringing my doorbell, things could well have been different. I will not be buying from this supplier again.Reply from: mariadavy- Feedback replied to by seller mariadavy.- Feedback replied to by seller mariadavy.Good morning thanks for your feedback however I have used the same bags on all my orders, as you can see I have never had a problem. you won't be buying from me again I won't be worrying about that. the damage is clearly caused by rough handling from the courier which I can't foresee and had he thrown your book over your six foot fence yes things could have been different but I can assure you that wouldn't be my fault I don't request for items to be thrown, couriers are suppose to ring the bellFollow-up from: g***o- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.. . .I have never had a problem. No, you've never had a problem reported you won't be buying from me again I won't be worrying about that. Not the sign of a courteous, professional seller . . .clearly caused by rough handling from the courier Agreed, but if you want ongoing trouble free business & positive feedback, pack your books properly, you have to account for careless couriersNo Less The Devil Stuart MacBride Hardback Sunday Times No 1 Best Seller (#176685781737)
