        Sadly one of the 7 mugs was broken on delivery. When I raised this, the seller responded with ‘Hi, that’s a shame…sorry about that. I did package them well. There is always a risk of breakages when couriers are involved but glad the others survived.’ My understanding is that when goods arrive damaged that eBay terms say that it is on the seller to find resolution. I love the other mugs, but I feel cheated that a partial refund was not offered.
