When I put them together, we're 1 arm short, but that's not a issue because we have extra's from other sets we have. Other then that they looked just like the pictures provided. I neglected to read the description, so the missing arm could very well have been mentioned. I thought the price was amazing since they're Toy Story. My grandson loves them. I highly recommend these sellers.
