    The carrier caused all the problems with this order. The Tenko Store did everything they could to rectify this mess. I've bought a few items from Tenko Store. Never a problem. I support their 100% rating 100%. The package arrived, the vase in a dozen pieces. The vase was packaged as all Tenko's shipments have been - well padded & secure. If 1 piece the vase would be exactly as described. Any shipping problems are by the carrier. If whole, this would have been a great value. Seller +++++

    Great packing and shipping. Fast. the only issue was the color of the vase was less green than the photo by 3 shades. This I feel could have been mentioned in the listing. I kept it becuase it was still quite nice.
