    We bought two fusible switches in one transaction. One was in good condition, the 2nd was missing parts and had arc damage inside. Sigma promptly refunded the cost of damaged unit. They did not share any savings on combined shipping but took a loss when they refunded shipping on the damaged unit.     Automation Direct D0-DCM works great with MODBUS

    I only use Port 2 (RS-485/MODBUS RTU) so can only comment on the performance of Port 2. It works exactly as advertised. Documentation is good and matches the hardware. Good range of baud rates.
