The minor bad things: there was some ink used in tagging the serial which stained my finger for 24hours and this seller is a professional massive seller so doesn't have time for DMs (which is expected) my item did not need tech support which I imagine if they sell anything that does they probably would communicate I still marked seller communications as 5 as deserved
