      Hi, just wanted to say thanks to P Docherty for the nice straight forward process. There was a issue royal mail side, saying not enough paid on postage which makes no senses as they are up front in most cases based on where its going and weight of package. Just honestly think royal mail taking the piss in this case. To cut a long story short, royal mail finally delievered after I coughed up the postage and I have since paid the seller minus the delivery fee. Very pleasant experience.

      The item was marked as having been delivered 8 days before it was actually delivered (and 11 days later than the estimated due date). The seller offered no apology for the lateness or explanation as to why the item was marked as having been delivered earlier than it was; they simply asked for the 'case' to be closed when the item was finally received. Poor manners and customer service.
