It was wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, corrugated cardboard on each side and secured with tape, and wrapped in one of those plastic envelopes. It arrived in great shape.     Best Anna Pigeon novel so far.

    Nevada Barr uses her word skills to paint a compelling picture of those who fight wilderness fires. I felt as though as I was trying to survive the firestorm along with the book's characters. It was thrilling and frightening at the same time. I'm reading the series in order and so far this is the best Anna Pigeon novel so far!
