I contacted the seller, who immediately offered to send a replacement. I believe that the issue is related to the supplier, not the seller, as two other Shanghai Tang perfumes that I have ordered, from two other sellers have also lacked the full volume (60mls) of perfume, despite being sealed. Great customer service from this seller.
